We have been specialising in industrial vacuum cleaners, suction and filtration devices driven by electricity or compressed air for the chemicals industry. The vacuums are built in series, tailor-made according to the customer's specific needs and match requirements concerning chemical resistance.
We provide vacuums from 240V to above 400V, with combustion engines as well as air-driven ones. The most powerful electric vacuum cleaners can reach up to 75kW (100 horse power). All can be made of different materials, such as mild steel, stainless steel and different plastics; painted, galvanised, powder or rubber coated. They can also provide any desired colour.
Plastic vacuum cleaners for the chemical industries
Plastic vacuum cleaners are 100% corrosion-free and can be used for those jobs where only plastic fulfils the requirements of resistance. The vacuums pick up everything that can be picked up, and because of their suction power, they can be used for sticky matter too.
The vacuum cleaners can be equipped with exhaust filters to guarantee that the compressed air, which is used for picking up dirt and then is blown back into the atmosphere, meets the toughest requirements concerning cleanliness. All vacuums meet EN 50020 standards.
Our vacuum cleaners are used for dry and wet residues, sludge, pasty waste, gas, particles of all kind and size and any other material or residue. Furthermore, the company supply exhaust, air filtration and dust collection units.
Air-driven vacuum cleaners
Air-driven vacuum cleaners are extremely powerful and pick up more or less everything, even gas. The choice of the filter material and size depends on the material to be picked up. Active carbon filters can be installed to eliminate unwanted odours.
All machines meet or exceed the respective EC-requirements. The existing compressed air supply can be used in most cases. Continuous use of air-driven vacuum cleaners during several hours is no problem as they do not heat up during operation. They can also be used in inflammable environment and in an explosive atmosphere. Adapting the vacuum cleaner to existing dirt collection vessels or systems is also possible.
