We are manufacturer of engineered process pumps for the chemical industry. The company specialises in highly precise metering pumps and high-performance process diaphragm pumps, as well as a range of engineered packages that includes complete metering systems.
We are also dedicated to the design and production of hermetically sealed centrifugal pumps. Our pumps are designed for difficult pumping applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries, process technology, refrigeration industries and nuclear applications.
Additional we are dedicated to positive displacement pumps for difficult process applications in the field of chemical and petrochemical industry. We can handle liquids with high or changing viscosities, low or high temperatures, abrasive particles, toxic fluids and combinations of the above.
DIAPHRAGM METERING PUMPS
Featuring a wealth of standardised assemblies, our range of diaphragm metering pumps can be customised for practically every pumping application. The metering pumps incorporate the Diaphragm Protection System (DPS) that perfectly complements the range's proven modular design and offers safe control of the diaphragm movement during operation. It is simple to operate and service – diaphragms can be quickly replaced and a minimum number of dynamic seals are included. Process control is provided by the Condition Monitoring System (CMS).
PROCESS DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
Process diaphragm pumps can quickly and safely transfer critical, toxic and inflammable fluids in a wide range of operating conditions. Ideal for use in the chemical and food processing industries, their pumps also handle extreme fluids with high viscosity, non-lubricating fluids or abrasive suspensions with ease.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
- Canned motor pumps, single and multistage
- Magnetic drive pumps, single and multistage
- Submersible pumps, single and multistage
Hermetically sealed centrifugal pumps can operate with:
- Fluid temperatures from -120°C up to +480°C
- System pressures up to 120Mpa
- Powers from 1 kW up to 640kW
Our pumps feature excellent MTBF-values. Thanks to the absence of any mechanical seal and roller bearing, our pumps avoid associated leakage and failing problems.
Hermetically sealed centrifugal pumps are used for the most difficult pumping tasks:
- Hazardous substances (acids, ethylene oxide, toluene, aniline, hydrogen sulphide)
- Fluids with maximum vapour pressures (HC, liquid gases, propane, butane)
- Fluids at high and low temperatures in the temperature range: -120°C to +480°C
- Fluids with the lowest viscosities (<0,1cP)
- High pressure cycles with liquid substances or super critical gases
- Highly radioactive liquids
VACUUM AND POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS
Liquid ring vacuum pumps and systems are used to handle hazardous, toxic process vapours, like chlorine, phosgene, methylene chloride, aromatics, H2S, epichlorohydrine, benzene. For environmental protection, the pumps are also available in hermetical design, with permanent magnetic coupling or canned motor. Complete systems for vacuum creation and vapour recovery are designed to suit customer’s process, also in combination with root blowers, ejectors, liquid pumps, process instrumentation and control. Various materials of construction are available for corrosion resistance.
Positive displacement pumps are used for the most demanding applications:
- Abrasive and toxic slurry
- Acids
- Polymer solutions with varying viscosities
- High differential pressure
- High temperatures
- Explosive media
Peristaltic pumps for the chemicals industry
Peristaltic pumps have no valves, seals or glands to leak, clog or replace. The pumped fluid does not touch the pump itself - it is in contact only with the tube or flexible hose. Maintenance is confined to a periodic hose change, which takes minutes. Peristaltic pumps can run dry, reverse their direction of flow and are self-priming.
Peristaltic pumps, or hose pumps as they are called in larger sizes, operate on the positive-displacement principle of our digestive system. Within the pump housing, rollers compress the hose against a semi-circular track - like flattening a garden hose between finger and thumb. The pressure point moves along the hose, pushing the tube's contents before it. Behind the pressure point, the hose resumes its shape, sucking in more fluid. Solids - even bulky ones - are carried through the pump harmlessly.
Corrosion-resistant cased washdown pumps
With a tough, corrosion-resistant housing and smooth lines for liquid run-off, the new pumps are perfect for chemical applications. They're the toughest, most versatile pumps we've ever made. The brushless drive and high-performance gearbox mean there is virtually no maintenance, only a periodic change of the hose.
