Our steam turbines come in a variety of sizes ranging from small, 500 kW single stage units, to large 1,000 MW ultra-supercritial turbine units.  These units can be built to Hafe standards and can be customized to meet exacting customer specifications. With a large selection of both standard and engineered steam turbines and turbine generator sets, steam turbines boost production in industries as diverse as oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, pulp and paper, power generation and food processing.

Blades and steam turbine flow system parts

We have the capacity to produce between 20,000 and 30,000 blades a year with dimensional scope from 20mm to 1,000mm (overall length). We could produce our products on the basis of our own or customers’ documentation. Our engineers are prepared to restore and develop technical documentation based on measurements of new, used or even partially damaged parts. Their knowledge and experience guarantees the most appropriate selection of construction materials for the required working conditions.

Steam turbine / compressor rotor and stator blades, and blade-rings and rims

We offer rotor and stator blades for steam turbine and axial compressors as well as complete blade-rings and blade rims for steam turbines, consisting of the following:
